On Friday, August 17, 2012 at 1:16 PM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Elvira A. Williams, age 61, of 51 North Virginia Street for Petit Larceny. Ms. Williams allegedly stole an item from a village residence on August 3, 2012. Ms. Williams was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released on her own Recognizance. Ms. Williams is due back in Waterloo Village Court on Oct. 3, 2012 at 0900 AM.
