Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident on Border City RD. in the Town of Waterloo. Mario Fratto, age 70, of Seneca Falls was stopped in traffic waiting to make a left turn when he was rear ended by Matthew J. Wade age 24 of Geneva.Fratto was transported to Geneva General Hospital for neck and back pain, where he was treated and released. South Seneca Ambulance and the Border City Fire Dept assisted at the scene. Wade was checked over at the scene by South Seneca Ambulance and released. Wade was issued three tickets AUO 3rd; following too close, speed not reasonable for conditions. Wade is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on Sept. 6th at 5:00pm to answer to the charge.
