On 08.08.2012 @ 4:23 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Joshua S. Moriarity, age 21 of 35 Green Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Moriarity was charged with Criminal Sex Act in the Second Degree, Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Resisting Arrest. Town Police had an arrest warrant for Moriarity on the first three charges. He was located at 35 Green Street where he resisted arrest and was sprayed with OC before being taken into custody. Arraignment was before acting Seneca falls Town Justice Dean Mattoon. Moriarity was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 secure bond. He is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08.14.2012 @ 2:30 PM to further answer the charges.
