Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Tina L. Smith, 43, of 292 Seymore St Auburn NY on an arrest warrant for Issuing a bad check. The arrest stems from an incident on 9/1/11 where Smith issued a check to a Town of Waterloo business without sufficient funds to cover the check. Smith was taken into custody by Auburn Police Department and turned over to the Seneca Co. Sheriff’s Office. Smith was arraigned in Fayette Town Court in front of Justice Sapio. Smith was ROR’d and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on 8/2/12 at 5pm to further answer the charges.
