On 07.20.2012 @ 10:56 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Thomas R. Gravino, age 26 of 63 Garfield Street Newark, NY 14513. Gravino was arrested on Cowing Street after a traffic stop. He was charged with unlicensed operation and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. He was released on uniform traffic ticket’s and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08.09.12 @ 10:00 hours to further answer the charges.
