Narcotics arrest in Waterloo

On July 26th, 2012, at about 3:25pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Brenda L. Maslyn, 52, of 1021 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Lot 21, Waterloo, New York, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. It is alleged that Maslyn was in possession of quantities of oxycodone, codeine, and marihuana when Sheriff’s Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Waterloo on June 5, 2012. Maslyn was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court on August 23rd, 2012 at 5 pm.
