Romulus woman arrested for criminal contempt

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 7-24-12 at 11:19 PM Deputies arrested Tiffany L. Manino, age 26 of 5854 State Route 96 appt. 237D, Romulus N.Y. for Criminal Contempt 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from Manino violating an order of protection issued out of the Seneca County Family Court prohibiting her from possessing alcoholic beverages. It is alleged Manino did posses alcohol in her home on the night of July 23rd 2012. Manino was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on August 3rd 2012 at 10:00am to answer the charge.
