The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of three individuals following the discovery of a “mobile methamphetamine lab” on a routine traffic stop. On July 14th, 2012, Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation on Route 96 in the Town of Fayette. While Sheriff’s Deputies were interviewing the occupants, they detected the odor of marijuana. A search of the vehicle was conducted and numerous items related to production of methamphetamine were located. Further investigation indicated the occupants were allegedly enroute to a remote location to “cook and manufacture” methamphetamine. The following individuals were all charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony: Joshua D. Norcott, 24, of 5 North Gorham Street, Waterloo , New York, was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Norcott was to reappear in the Fayette Town Court on July 18th, 2012. Jonathan D. Molina, 24, of 120 East Main Street, Apartment 3, Waterloo, New York, was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Molina is to reappear in the Fayette Town Court on July 20, 2012 at 1:30pm Nhoy S. Khounpachamsy, 26, of 75 Virginia Street, Apartment 6, Waterloo, was arraigned in the Junius Town Court an d remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Khounpachamsy is to reappear in the Junius Town Court on July 24, 2012 at 7:30pm.
