Alan J. White II, age 35, formerly of 1 Center St, Waterloo, wasarrested on a warrant for Rape 1st and Criminal Sexual Act 1st. He isaccused of having forcible sexual intercourse and forcible sexual contactwith a Waterloo woman on 7/3/12 during the early morning hours on LocustSt in Waterloo. White was apprehended by NYSP-Waterloo on Huff St afterhe fled from officers on E. River St. Seneca Falls Police and SenecaCounty Sheriff’s assisted with the search as well. White has since beenreleased from jail, and the case has been sent to Seneca County Court.
