On July 20, 2012, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Christine L. Cirre, 29, of 2022 Balsey Road, Apartment 200, Seneca Falls, New York, on drug charges following an investigation. Cirre was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. It is alle ged that Cirre possessed nine individually packaged bags of heroin and a small amount of crack cocaine when stopped by Sheriff’s Investigators and Uniform Road Patrol members. It is also alleged that Cirre intended to sell a quantity some of the heroin. Cirre was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Cirre is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on July 24, 2012 at 1pm.
