On July 18th, 2012 at approximately 9:58 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested David J. Neinast age 63 of 137 East Elizabeth Street Waterloo New York, 13165. Police conducted a traffic stop of Neinast’s vehicle on River Road in the Town of Seneca Falls for an equipment violation and failing to stop for a stop sign. After conducting an investigation, officers found Neinast to be driving while under the influence of marijuana. Officers also located marijuana inside of Neinast’s vehicle. Neinast was placed under arrest for an equipment violation for no tail lamp, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Inspection Certificate, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs 1st, and UPM. Neinast consented to a blood draw and was transported to Geneva General Hospital. Neinast was released on UTT’s and an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 26th 2012 at 10:00 am.On July 15th 2012, at approximately 9:40 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Blake A. Randall age 20 of 36 Water Street Apt 2 Seneca Falls New York, 13148. Police were called to Randall’s residence for a complaint of loud music. During the investigation, Randall gave officers a false name and date of birth. Randall was placed under arrested for False Personation and was transported back to the Seneca Falls Police Department. Randall was then released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 19th, 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.On July 18th, 2012 at approximately 6:12 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Jack A. Deon age 36 of 5067 Grey Street North Rose New York, 14516. Deon was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended Registration, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License. Deon was released on uniform traffic tickets. Deon is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 16th, 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
