On July 20th, 2012 at approximately 1:20 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Dominick V. Sinicropi, age 21, of Seneca Falls, NY. Police responded to the area of Cowing Street on the Seneca Falls Canal Harbor for a fight in progress where officers observed Sinicropi and two other individuals in a physical altercation.Once on scene, officers ordered all subjects to stop and two of the subjects complied. Sinicropi then pushed a uniformed officer and attempted to leave the scene. Officers then placed Sinicropi into custody where Sinicropi continued to fight with law enforcement.Sinicropi was then charged with UPM, Harassment 2nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, and Resisting Arrest and was then arraigned in front of Justice Barto at the Village of Waterloo Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail, $4,000.00 ins bond. Sinicropi is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 26th, 2012 at 10:00am in front of acting Seneca Falls Court Town Justice Mattoon.
