The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 07/09/12 Deputies investigated a personal injury motor vehicle accident on Burgess Rd. in the Town of Waterloo at 1:00 PM.Annette Y. Carter 61 of 1772 Burgess Rd. Waterloo was stopped awaiting traffic to make a left hand turn when her vehicle was struck from behind. The second vehicle operated by Paul Jackson 87, of 2 South Walnut St. Waterloo struck her vehicle causing moderate damage to both vehicles. Carter was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance. Jackson was uninjured Waterloo fire also assisted at the scene. Jackson was ticketed for following to close.
