Sheriff David Gould reports that the Cayuga County Child Sexual Abuse Task Force in conjunction with the Fire and Iron MC (Station 222- Auburn) will be hosting a fundraising event and motorcycle ride on Sunday July 22nd to benefit the Child Advocacy Center of Cayuga County. The Child Advocacy Center provides a multitude of services to victims of Child Sexual Abuse. The event will take place at Devaney’s Riverside Grill located on Rt. 34 in Weedsport.The motorcycle ride will leave Devaney’s at 11:30am and will travel along NYS Routes 34, 31, 38, 370, 104, 38 and 104A into the Village of Fair Haven for a brief stop. The ride will then continue on Routes 104A, 38, 370 and 34 returning to Devaney’s at approximately 1:30pm for food and live music.The donation is $25.00 per person and is the same for those participating in the ride or attending the event after the ride. ( Food and live music is included ) For those wishing to attend the event but not participate in the motorcycle ride, the food will be served at 1:30pm and the live music starts at 2:00pm and ends at 5:00pm.Please come out and show your support for this great cause.
