On July 4th 2012 at approximately 2:15AM,the Seneca Falls Police arrested Patrick E.S. Churchill, age 23 of 32 VanCleef Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Police located Churchill on East Bayard Street Extension standing in the roadway and then hid in the bushes when patrols passed by. When officers spoke with Churchill, Officers found him to be in a altered mental state, and highly intoxicated. During the investigation, Officers charged Churchill with Obstructing Governmental Administration, as he failed to comply with police orders. Churchill was then released and transported to Geneva General Hospital for an evaluation. Churchill is to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 12, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer his charge.
