On July 10th, 2012 at 1:50 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Darren J. Palmer age 36 of Seneca Falls, NY for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. Palmer was stopped after he was observed running out from behind a vacant house on Troy Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the investigation , officers located six pills which were later identified as controlled substances in Palmer’s possession. Palmer was then arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Justice Mattoon where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail $4,000 bond. Palmer is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 25th, 2012 at 9:00am.
