SF Community Band to play for Erie cyclists

On Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. the Seneca Falls Community Band will entertain the bicyclists who are pedaling NYS roads following the Erie Canal system’s waterways. They stop in Seneca Falls on Tuesday evening and will relax while enjoying the free concert at People’s Park in Seneca Falls, NY; the community also is invited to bring folding chairs and enjoy the summer evening listening to traditional summertime band music ranging from broadways tunes to Sousa marches.Lorraine Jones, the band’s special guest conduct, will direct the band for this concert. The Seneca Falls Community Band is comprised of area amateur and professional musicians who volunteer their time and talent each summer to perform a series of free concerts throughout the Finger Lakes region; they perform all summer long.
