The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Kurtis A. Freeman, age 20, of 2548 Melvin Hill Rd Geneva, NY was arrested for Driving While intoxicated, Driving with .08% BAC or higher, and Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a traffic stop after Freeman was observed by officers driving 70 mph in a 30 mph zone on Fall St in Seneca Falls. Freeman was issued tickets and released, and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 8-2-12 at 10:00am.
