On Monday July 2,2012 at approximately 9:40 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Vanessa Mercado age 31 of 10 Goodman Street Apt. F 65 Geneva NY 14456. Mercado was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an investigation into an incident that took place at a local housing complex in the middle of May. Mercado was arraigned in front of Justice Mattoon in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail / $4,000.00 ins. bond. Mercado is to return to Seneca Falls Town Court on 07/25/12 at 9:00 am.
