Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 30th 2012 at 8:35pm Deputies arrested Michael P Darling, age 46, of 1875 Burgess Rd Waterloo NY on Burgess Rd in the Town of Waterloo. Darling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18 or more blood alcohol content. Darling was released on appearance tickets and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo Court on July 12th 2012 to answer the charges.
