The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 06/29/2012 at 4:14PM, Deputies investigated a Property Damage Accident at the intersection of E. Elisha St. and Virginia St. in the Village of Waterloo. Scott L. Kidder, age 46 of 2506 Edwards Rd. Waterloo, NY was attempting to make a right hand turn on to E. Elisha St. when he struck a vehicle waiting at the stop sign. As a result of the Deputy’s investigation, Kidder was arrested and charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated .18% or Greater, and Improper Right Turn. Kidder was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2000. He is scheduled to reappear on 07/05/2012 at 11AM for a Felony Hearing.
