On Sunday June 24,2012 at approximately 8:58 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Anthony J. Manza age 19 of 43 Sodus Street Clyde NY 14433 and Mitchell R. Mullis age 18 ( no permanent address). Manza and Mullis were charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a complaint at a local business where the two left the property without paying for items. Both Manza and Mullis were arraigned in front of Judge Laird in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $750.00 cash bail / $1,500.00 ins. bond. Manza and Mullis are to reappear in Town Court on July 11,2012 at 9:00 am to further answer the charges.
