On 06-23-12 at about 10:16pm Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of a fight that occurred at a Town of Fayette business. It is alleged that Robert P Hunt Jr age 41 of 1200 County Road 23 Phelps NY head butted a Town of Fayette male resident in the face causing injuries. Hunt was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree which is a class A misdemeanor and arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court where he was ROR’d. Hunt is to appear in the Town of Fayette Court on 07-18-12 at 7:00pm to answer the charges.
