The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 06/15/2012 at 1881 Seneca St., Romulus, NY, (The Mt. Green Cemetery), Deputies arrested Nicholas J. Baker, age 17, of 5580 SR 96, Romulus, NY. for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th. The arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged that Baker supplied marijuana to a person under the age of 16 and then smoked the marijuana with the victim prior to Deputies arrival. While placing Baker in to custody, he was found to be in possession of a butterfly knife and also eight separate bags containing suspected marijuana. Baker was arraigned at the Town of Lodi Court where he was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $750 cash, $1500 bond. He is scheduled to a appear at the Town of Romulus Court on 06/22/2012 at 10:30AM.
