On Friday June 22, 2012 at approx. 1:32AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Ryan M. May, age 22 of 5 Green Links Turn Auburn, NY 13021. Police were dispatched to Cowing Street for a disturbance involving subjects in a red Ford F150 and other subjects leaving an establishment. While on scene Police spoke with the subjects in the pick-up truck who stated that they were just being loud. Officers then spoke with May, the driver of the vehicle, and while speaking with May Officers could smell an odor of alcohol. Police then administered field sobriety tests, which May then failed. May was then charged with DWI and once back at the police station May refused to submit to the chemical test. May was issued a UTT and was then released to a third party. May has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 28, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer his charge. A Department of Motor Vehicle Refusal Hearing has not been scheduled at this time.
