On June 16, 2012 at approx. 9:51PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Nicollette L. Carson, age 19 of 4355 Bailey Avenue Amherst, NY 14226. Police were called to a local business for a female who was scene shoplifting from the store. Officers then learned that the female in question was Carson. A vehicle, which was being occupied by Carson, was then stopped on Ovid Street in the Town of Seneca Falls, where Officers then found Carson to be in possession of the stolen items. Further in the investigation Officer’s also found Carson to be in possession of alcohol. Carson was then charged with Possession of Alcohol Under 21, Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree. Carson was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the acting Justice, Judge Laird. Carson was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 ins bond. Carson has to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 27, 2012 at 9:00AM.
