On June 17, 2012 at approx 3:37AM the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Salvatore R. Lazio, age 22 of 230 North Willow Street Oneida, NY. A vehicle, which Lazio was driving, was observed by police coming out from behind a closed business on River Road. Once police stopped Lazio’s vehicle, police could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Upon completion of the investigation, Officers found Lazio to be impaired by drugs. Lazio was then charged with DWAI Drug, DWI and UPM. Lazio was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of acting Justice, Judge Laird where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 ins bond. Lazio has to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June27, 2012 at 9:00AM.
