The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 6/14/2012 at 11:58pm, Deputies arrested Matthew R. Utter, age 23 of 5854 St. Rt. 96 APT. 235A, Romulus N.Y. for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or blood circulation and Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors. The Charges stem from a domestic incident where it is alleged Utter choked a female victim while holding her in a doorway, not allowing her to move. Utter was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 secured bond. Utter is to re-appear in the Town of Romulus Court on the 22nd of June, 2012 at 10:30am to answer the charges. A class A order of protection was issued to Utter baring contact with the victim.
