Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Tiffani M. Billington, age 22 of 140 Cheese Factory Road Honeoye Falls, NY on a charge of Grand Larceny 4th, a felony. It is alleged Billington took and used a debit card from a Town of Romulus residence she was visiting. Billington allegedly used the card at business in Seneca and Ontario County. Billington was issued a appearance ticket and is to appear in Town of Romulus Court on June 22nd at 10:00 am to answer the charges. Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted in the investigation.
