Seneca County Court dispositions that occurred on June 4, 2012:Sean M. Gerry, 20 years old, of Virginia Street, Waterloo, was convicted of burglary in the third degree and sentenced to 6 months’ jail, 5 years’ probation, $325 surcharge, $50 DNA fee, and restitution. Gerry was arrested by the New York State Police for a burglary that occurred on February 4, 2012 in the Town of Junius.Gerry’s co-defendant, Andrew Palmer, 20 years old, of Main Street, Willard, pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree and will be sentenced on August 8, 2012. Palmer admitted that he committed a burglary on February 4, 2012 in the Town of Junius.Jarrett Johnson, 21 years old, of Greenhaven Correctional Facility, Beekman, NY, was sentenced to 9 months’ jail and $200 surcharge. Johnson was previously convicted after a jury trial of promoting prison contraband in the second degree for his possession of contraband at Five Points Correctional Facility on August 14, 2011.Joshua Haws, 40 years old, of Fayette Street, Waterloo, was convicted of felony driving while intoxicated and sentenced to 5 years’ probation, $1,000 fine, driving privileges revoked, 48 months’ ignition interlock device, and $125 restitution. Haws was arrested by the Waterloo Police Department on January 1, 2012.Daniel Tuck, 25 years old, of Ft. Drum, Watertown, NY, was convicted of grand larceny in the fourth degree and sentenced to a three-year conditional discharge, $50 DNA registration fee, and $1,130 restitution. Tuck was arrested by the Waterloo Police Department after an incident on October 3, 2011.John Bastian, 22 years old, no known address, who previously pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, was sentenced to 5 years’ prison and 5 years’ post-release supervision for robbery and 1 1/3 to 4 years’ prison for grand larceny. Bastian was ordered to pay a $325 surcharge, $50 DNA fee and restitution of $1,387.75 to four victims. Bastian was arrested after a joint investigation by the Waterloo Police Department, New York State Police and Seneca County Sheriff’s Department following several incidents in November 2011.Devan A. Hicks, 22 years old, of Five Points Correctional Facility, Romulus, was convicted of promoting prison contraband in the second degree and was sentenced to 6 months’ jail and $200 surcharge. Hicks’ conviction stems from his possession of contraband at the prison on October 17, 2011.Dawn M. Stephens, 44 years old, of Green Street, Seneca Falls, was convicted of welfare fraud in the fourth degree and was sentenced to 5 years’ probation, $325 surcharge, $50 DNA fee, and restitution of $1,586. Stephens was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department following an incident that occurred from December 2010 through February 2011.Lucina P. Davies, 44 years old, of Barker Street, Seneca Falls was convicted of burglary in the third degree and sentenced to 5 years’ probation, $600 restitution, and $50 DNA fee. Davies was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department after an incident that occurred on January 9, 2012.Susan A. Farr, 47 years old, of County Road 2, Hector, was convicted of felony driving while intoxicated and sentenced to 5 years’ probation, $1,000 fine, $520 surcharge, driving privileges revoked, and 48 months’ ignition interlock device. Farr was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department on May 7, 2011 in the Town of Waterloo.Kerry McNally, 60 years old, of Washington St., Waterloo, was convicted of felony driving while intoxicated and sentenced to 5 years’ probation, 150 hours’ community service, $1,000 fine, $520 surcharge, driving privileges revoked, and 48 months’ ignition interlock device. McNally was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department following a traffic stop on December 24, 2011.Neil G. Krause, 31 years old, of Oak Street, Waterloo, was convicted of violation of probation and sentenced to 6 months’ jail and continued probation supervision. Krause was serving a probation sentence upon a January 5, 2011 conviction in Ontario County Court on for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.Daniel E. Colegrove, 33 years old, of Chapin Street, Seneca Falls, was convicted of violation of probation and sentenced to continued probation supervision. Colegrove was serving a probation sentence upon a January 7, 2008 conviction in Seneca County Court for felony driving while intoxicated.Dylan C. Slack, 19 years old, of Yale Station Road, Geneva, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (class B felony) and violation of probation. Slack, who will be sentenced on July 16, 2012, was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department as a result of an incident that occurred on November 5, 2011 in the Town of Romulus.
