On June 1, 2012, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested a 14 year old youth on charges of Burglary in the third degree and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis. The charges stem from an investigation where it is alleged that the youth was growing marijuana in an empty building. The name of the youth is undisclosed due to their age. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
