The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Nicholas J. Genaro, age 19, formerly of 890 Waterloo Geneva Rd Lot 17 and currently an inmate in the Seneca County Correctional Facility, on June 1, 2012, on a charge of Promoting Prison Contraband in the second degree. It is alleged that Genaro did possess contraband while in the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Genaro is currently being held on a violation of probation and will appear in the Romulus Town Court on June 8, 2012 at 10am to answer the new charge.
