Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Julio C. Aponte age 27 of 53 Washington St. Waterloo, NY for DWI. The arrest stems from an investigation into a minor property damage accident that occurred on W. River Rd. in the Town of Fayette on 05/23/12 at 2:07 am where Aponte’s vehicle was stuck in a ditch. Aponte was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and he was arraigned in the Town of Fayette court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond bail. Aponte is scheduled to re-appear on June 6, 2012 to answer to the charge.
