On May 15, 2012 at approximately 3:20AM, the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to a possible Domestic Dispute at a residence on State Rte 5&20. During the investigation, police learned that Lucia Silverio-Quigley, age 47 of 21 Mill Street Waterloo, NY allegedly drove her vehicle to the residence so her husband could confront a family member with an ongoing problem.While interviewing Quigley police found her to be under the influence on numerous controlled substances. Police then arrested Quigley for DWAI Drugs and transported her to Geneva General Hospital for a blood draw. After the blood draw Quigley was then issued a UTT and was then released to a third party. Quigley has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 24th, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer to her charge.
