Waterloo man violates protection order

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 5/12/2012 at 12:40am, Deputies arrested Christopher G. Campbell, age 44 of 86 Steele Rd. Waterloo N.Y. for one count of Criminal Contempt 1st degree, a Class E Felony. The charge stems from an incident that took place in the Town of Waterloo in which Campbell was at the residence of protected female victim in which a duly sworn stay away order of protection is in place. Campbell was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 Cash bail, $20,000 Bond. Campbell is to re-appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on 5/17/2012 at 4:30pm for a felony hearing. The New York State Police assisted on scene.
