The Waterloo Police Department arrested two males after investigating a report of a larceny that occurred at a Village of Waterloo Business. The two suspects fled the scene and were followed by the victim until the vehicle was stopped by the Seneca County Sheriffs Department and Seneca Falls Police Department on State Route 414 in Seneca Falls. Following the traffic stop, the Waterloo Police Department made the following arrests.Matthew Warren age 20 and another 17 year old male, who’s name is being held do to his age, both of Port Byron, NY were charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the sixth degree. It is alleged that the two worked together to steal a GPS unit out of a vehicle and then fled the scene in a motor vehicle. The two suspects were issued Appearance Tickets and released to family members. Both parties are scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on June 27, 2012 to answer the charges.
