Seneca Falls Police arrested Justin P. Heffron, age 21, of 3993 Post Road, Geneva, NY on May 6th, 2012 following at 2:26am traffic stop. Police attempted to stop Heffron’s vehicle after it was observed failing to stop for a stop sign on Water Street when the vehicle sped off unitl it finally yielded about 1/2 mile away on Swaby Street. Heffron was chaged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a MV w/ BAC over .08%, 2cts of Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign, 2cts of Failure to Signal, Speed in Zone and Failure to Comply with a Police Officer. Heffron was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 17th, 2012 at 10am.On May 1, 2012 at approx. 11:22PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael D. Telvock, age 43 of 1676 Powderly Road Waterloo, NY 13165. Telvock was arrested for DWI while being stopped for allegedly driving his vehicle over the double-solid line. Telvock was then transported back to the Seneca Falls Police Department where he then gave a Chemical Test reading of 0.11% BAC. Telvock was then issued three UTT’s for Failure to Keep Right, DWI and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08%. Telvock was then released to a third party and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on May, 10, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer to his charges.
