The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on April 29, 2012 Sheriff Deputies arrested James T Mazerolle, age 37 of 68 Sandpiper Drive, Ithaca NY on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Tompkins County Sheriff Deputies took Maserolle into custody at his residence and was then turned over to Seneca County. Mazerolle was arraigned at the Varick Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 cash, $5000 secured bond. Mazerolle is scheduled to appear at the Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
