Sheriff David Gould reports that the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into a burglary which occurred at approximately 12:30am on April 22nd at Stanton Automatics located on Ellis Dr. in the Town of Aurelius.Unknown perpetrator(s) forced entry to the building and stole cash consisting of several 100 dollar bills. Anyone with information about this crime or anyone who witnesses anyone in possession of several 100 dollar bills is asked to contact Detective Timothy Axton at (315) 253-1132.
