Town of Seneca Falls Police Dept. arrested Joseph J. Kaminski III, age 41, of no known address and charged him with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and Criminal Contempt second degree. Its alleged that on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at about 8:59 pm, Kaminski went to a residence on East Bayard St. and broke a window at that residence. At the time of this incident, there was a Order of Protection in effect for the residence and occupants of the East Bayard St. address, thus allegedly violating the Order of Protection. Kaminski was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1000.00 bond. Kaminski is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town court on May, 9th 2012 at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
