Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested and charged James C. Reardon, 48, 24 Leland Drive, Seneca Falls, N.Y.with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. It is alleged that Reardon stole prescription medication from a co-worker at his place of employment in the Village of Waterloo valued at approximately seven hundred and fifty dollars. Reardon was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Village Court on May 9th to answer the charges.In December of 2010, Reardon was arrested and charged with DWI after reports that a vehicle he was operating nearly hit two vehicles head-on in downtown Seneca Falls.Reardon is the Supervisor of Adult Protective Services in the department of Children & Family Services in Seneca County.
