Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Devita M Young, 17, of 75 ½ Saratoga St Rochester NY, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree a class A Misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an incident on March 17th 2012, where it is alleged Young was found to be in possession of stolen property after being committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Young was arrested while appearing in the Town of Junius Court for the previous charges of Petit Larceny and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child. Young was released on a appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on May 18th 2012, to answer the charges.
