Landowners, businesses, residents, and other members of the downtown Ithaca community are invited to a public meeting at the Women’s Community Building at 100 W. Seneca St. on Wednesday, May 2nd from 7-9pm.The meeting, hosted by Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, will provide an opportunity to learn more about Breckenridge Place-a new, affordable apartment development on the current site of the Women’s Community Building-including how the construction process and the finished development may affect them and/or their businesses.Paul Mazzarella, Executive Director of INHS; Scott Reynolds, INHS Director for Real Estate Development; and staff from the construction contractor will be available for questions and community comment throughout the event.For more information about this event contact: Zack [email protected] x 204
