Waterloo man arested in domestic incident

Waterloo Police arrested Devin J. Osterhout, age 21, of 41 Church St Apt C3, Waterloo, on 4/17/12 following a domestic incident at his residence. Osterhout was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th, for causing approximately $150 in damage, and with Harassment 2nd, for threatening harm to a female. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and a ROR’d on the charges. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
