On April 12, 2012 at approximately 10:05 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth R. Davis, age 20, of 2133 Route 5 and 20, Apt. 5E, Seneca Falls, NY for Forgery in the 2nd Degree, a felony, and 3 counts of Petit Larceny. The arrest stems from a police investigation in which the victim, a town resident, reported several suspicious withdrawals made from the victim’s checking account without the victim’s permission, including a check that was cashed after being fraudulently signed. Davis was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court before Justice Polk and ROR’d. She is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 05/09/12 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
