On 03/31/2012 at about 5:18 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Matthew G. McCullor, age 27 of 317 East Williams Street, Waterloo NY. McCullor was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Blood Circulation, a Class “A” Misdemeanor. The charge stems from a domestic dispute that occurred earlier in the day. McCullor was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court in front of the Honorable Judge Folk and was ROR’d. McCullor is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/11/12 at 9:00 AM. On 04/01/2012 at about 3:40 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested a 17 year old male from Clifton Springs, NY. The 17 year old male, whose name is being withheld pending youthful offender status was charged with Petit Larceny from a local Seneca Falls business. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05/10/2012 at 10:00 AM, to answer the charge.On 04/01/2012 at about 10:40 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested, Julie A. Kennedy age 33 of 41 Church Street apt F5, Waterloo NY. Kennedy was charged with Petit Larceny from a local Seneca Falls business. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05/10/2012 at 10:00 AM, to answer the charge.On 04/01/2012 at about 02:38 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested, Christopher M. Bailey age 21 of 1127 Stone Church Road, Waterloo NY. Bailey was charged with Disorderly Conduct after he was found urinating in public on Cowing Street. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/19/2012 at 10:00 AM.
