Seneca County Sheriff Office reports, deputies arrested a 15 year old male Town of Varick resident for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree a Class A Misdemeanor. It is alleged that on April 17th at about 9 p.m. the 15 year old damaged a door at a residential facility in the Town of Varick. The 15 year old was issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Seneca County Probation Dept on April 23rd 2012 to answer the charge.
