The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Kemal D. Rideout, 17, of 4887 St Rt 96A in Varick for one count each of Harassment 2nd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breath or Blood Circulation on 4/17/12. Deputies report that an altercation between Rideout and a female victim occurred on 4/16/12 where Rideout choked the victim and caused bruising and abrasions to the upper body. Rideout was arrested at 4887 State Rt 96A and was issued an appearance ticket to appear on 5/2/12 in the Town of Varick Court at 7pm to answer to the charges.
