Two arrested for crack sale in Seneca Falls

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested two individuals following an ongoing investigation into crack cocaine sales in the Town of Seneca Falls. The arrests stem from indictments from a Seneca County Grand Jury.James B. Curry, 40, of 133 Exchange Street, Geneva, New York, was arrested on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. It is alleged that Curry sold crack cocaine to another person. Curry was arraigned in the Seneca County Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 secured bond. Curry is to reappear in the Seneca County Court on May 7, 2012 at 2pm.Raymond W. Stonesifer, 48, no permanent address, was arrested on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. It is also alleged that Stonesifer sold crack cocaine to another person. Stonesifer was arraigned in the Seneca County Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 secured bond. Stonesifer is to reappear in the Seneca County Court on May 7, 2012 at 2pm.The Geneva Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrests.
