The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Tamma M. Hartman, 39 of 84 Mill Street Waterloo, NY for Criminal Contempt in the second degree.The arrest is the result of an investigation where it is alleged that Hartman did violate the terms of a Seneca County Family Court Order of Protection.Hartman was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear on June 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
